mixed experience due to service issues
damaged card holderinconsiderate attitude
I encountered some issues. the valet service damaged my car's card holder. It felt careless. during heavy rain, i was forced to walk outside to get to the babylon bar even though internal routes existed (i found it quite inconsiderate). this was not up to the standards expected.

i liked how the front desk team was cute at my late check-in. the hotel offer beautiful views, rooms are fabulous. i really enjoyed the very nice breakfast they have. i hope i will return for business and leisure.
i found a few yellow stains on the towel near the bidet.

damaged carpetmissing amenities
the shower setup was odd , as it was a glass box surrounded by carpet. i suspect it flooded previously , because the carpet around it showed visible damage. it created a bad impression , frankly. also , i needed a toothbrush and toothpaste , but there were none available. i had to go out and buy some , even though it was raining.

I appreciated the complimentary bottled water, and the soft towels added a touch of luxury. The aromatic, freshly brewed coffee during breakfast was a good start to each day. Chloe from customer relations arranged early check-in. It really helped us after a long flight.
During my checkout, I noticed the refund for the deposit had not been processed yet. I hope the administration handles the refund promptly.

Our upgraded room on the twentieth floor had an unobstructed view of the river. It was comfortable and modern, with soft and pure white towels that added to the experience.
